The restaurant was nice for lunch here, I had freshly cooked dishes. The bed was comfy, and the staff were efficient and smart. The location was really very good and perfect, near a tram station, if you need it. There were the Christmas market and a market around the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk or tram ride away from the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a true sense of relaxation. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with room service and a delicious breakfast that made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed, from providing me with a map and tram tickets to offering guidance on the best places to visit.
If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort, great service, and a convenient location, then this hotel is highly recommended for families.

Excellent room with king size bed. Easy parking. Close proximity to tram for direct access to heart of the city.
Breakfast room somewhat crowded. No service while eating. Consequently all the plates pile up on your table.

We had a standard, good sized, clean and comfortable room in this late 1990s built hotel for a 1 night stay. It's away from the old, tourist part of town. It's at the convention centre. The tram from nearby to the centre of town or the European parliament was cheap and efficient - day tickets from reception. The location suits those tourists with a car - free and easy parking.
We thought we had control of the a/c but no matter what temperature we chose (in summer) the room stayed at 24 degrees - window closed. So we opened the window and luckily it's a relatively quiet area at the back of the hotel.

the assistance of the staff was good. the breakfast(room) was very well organized.
from my opinion this can stay a first class hotel, but managment will have to upgrade the rooms otherwise ti will become more and more outdated.

Good service, nice room with a view. Price versus quality is in balance. You can make coffee and thea in your room. For the children the swimming pool was great.
That the price is inot included with breakfast and internet. The swimmingpool could be cleaned more.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also quite large and everything was clean. The best part was that the car park was free, which was a great bonus. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the restaurant had delicious food. I especially enjoyed the steak that I ordered.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

We booked the hotel to attend a concert at the Palais des Congres next door. The event was postponed for 5 days. The hotel graciously let us change our reservation to the new night for no penalty or extra charge. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay.
